Imperium Shop Mix Machine Kit

1. Limit One per qualifying body shop per location. Locations must be established legitimate business address. Residence locations / addresses will not be accepted.

2. Imperium body shop mixing machine kit must be placed immediately into approved body shop location.

3. Qualifying body shops need to purchase, at minimum, an average of $3,000 a month in Imperium purchases (at Refinisher cost) for a period of 12 months. If registered body shop does not meet these purchase commitments, AkzoNobel reserves the right to charge back the cost of the mixing machine to the requesting Jobber listed in this registration.

4. MM kit orders must include valid ID# indicating MM is part of an Imperium Body Shop MM kit and to be drop-shipped to Jobber at no-charge.

5. Offer applies only to qualifying items displayed in the offer message. Purchase of a complete IMP-5000 or IMP-6000 MM shop kit is required to receive the Dedoes 1.7M complete machine set-up with lids at no-charge. 7. Applies only to complete orders shipping to a single address that meets all other program requirements. All Mixing Machine kit orders must be fulfilled complete, in full, at time of invoicing. Invoices with missing or backordered items and not matching the full IMP-5000 & IMP-6000 orders may result in a declined approval of the offer.

8. IMP MM Kit placement may not replace existing AkzoNobel accounts / business. 

9. By participating in this program, representative agrees that AkzoNobel, its corporate affiliates, and their employees and agents shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participation in this program from any and all liability, of any kind, relating to the operation of the program. AkzoNobel reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time, without notice, before the original end date. If this program is discontinued before the original end date, those participating in the program prior to such termination date will still be eligible to receive the offer.
