    1. Limit One per qualifying body shop per location. Locations must be established legitimate business address. Residence locations / addresses will not be accepted. 2. Imperium body shop mixing machine kit must be placed immediately into approved body shop location. 3. Qualifying body shops need to purchase, at minimum, an average of $3,000 a month in Imperium purchases (at Refinisher cost) for a period of 12 months. If registered body shop does not meet these purchase commitments, AkzoNobel reserves the right to charge back the cost of the mixing machine to the requesting Jobber listed in this registration. 4. MM kit orders must include valid ID# indicating MM is part of an Imperium Body Shop MM kit and to be drop-shipped to Jobber at no-charge. 5. Offer applies only to qualifying items displayed in the offer message. Purchase of a complete IMP-5000 or IMP-6000 MM shop kit is required to receive the Dedoes 1.7M complete machine set-up with lids at no-charge.
