Qualifying body shops need to purchase, at minimum, an average of $3,000 a month in Imperium purchases (at Refinisher cost) for a period of 12 months. If registered body shop does not meet these purchase commitments, AkzoNobel reserves the right to charge back the cost of the mixing machine to the requesting Jobber listed in this registration. 4. MM kit orders must include valid ID# indicating MM is part of an Imperium Body Shop MM kit and to be drop-shipped to Jobber at no-charge. 5. By participating in this program, representative agrees that AkzoNobel, its corporate affiliates, and their employees and agents shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participation in this program from any and all liability, of any kind, relating to the operation of the program. AkzoNobel reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time, without notice, before the original end date. If this program is discontinued before the original end date, those participating in the program prior to such termination date will still be eligible to receive the offer.
